SM MEGAMALL SCAM
Friday, May 19, 2006i could not believed what happened to my friend. i dont know if i was gonna pity him or beat him up incessantly. he said he was a victim but i actually see him as yer typical guy who doesnt care about anything but that thing in his pants. i dunno if he was lieng or he was just pulling my leg, but then again, you be the judge, read on. here was his account of what happened to him:
I have become a victim of a clever scam while out shopping. This personally happened to me at SM Mega Mall, and it could happen to you.
Here’s how the scam works:
Two seriously good-looking 18-year-old girls come over to your car as you are packing your shopping bags in the trunk. They both start wiping your windshield with a rag and soapy water with their breasts almost falling out of their skimpy t-shirts. It is impossible
I had my wallet stolen last Tuesday, Wednesday, twice on Thursday, again on Saturday and also yesterday. I’m on my way to the store to buy more wallets.
Be careful.

i think this is true. an in-law experienced this being a merchandiser of goods. but it happened on the superhighways, which are mostly abandoned or people are few. but the story he related was about a woman with a man along who asked to board the truck because they had no fare. the modus operandi began when the woman suggested about free sex in lieu of the free ride. they parked the truck in an area which cant be noticed and do the thing at the back of the truck. in the middle of it, a vehicle arrived and stole the goods.

This sounds strangely familiar. I read of a story about a woman who had a flat in the Megamall parking building and got help from a well-dressed male stranger who came from out of nowhere. He changed the tire for her, then asked for a ride to the other side of Megamall because his car was parked there (I think). She couldn't refuse him outright because of his kindness but was suspicious, and understandably so. She made some excuse to go back inside the mall, then called a security guard. When they got back to her car, they found the helpful stranger had left his attache case, where they found duct tape, and (I think) so "sharp" instruments.
Anyway, bottom line is that that story sounded like an urban legend, because it had that "forward this mail to everyone in your address book!!!" spiel.
