the past few days have really been overwhelming to me. i was just given a chance to give higher support at work and im scared as hell. i have always been pretty confident of the things that i can and cant do but this time, i really dont know what to expect. my friends have told me so much about the job i would be doing in the coming days and though i do have an idea of how things would be working, it feels like everything is greek. the 6 of us newbies in the area have been promised utmost support by our superiors, which really helps a lot coz it does, in a way, keeps us sane enough to even go thru the whole training process. i know that each call would be as unique as how each call have always been, but i guess the new responsibility, the new people we’d be working with, the new tools that wed be using, the pressure from my former superior & friends, the additional work load (eek!) that we’re given, & the hardest thing to go around with.. my expectations to my self. so far i havent met anyone who resigned juz coz they couldnt take the pressure.
