its sad when the people you know become people you knew, when you cant walk right past someone as if they were never a big part of your life..how you used to be able to talk for hours, and now you can barely even look at them. its just sad how things change, so much.

DREAMING permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane every night of our lives.

hate & pain

…i imagine one of the reasons people cling to their hates so stubbornly is because they sense that once the hate is gone,

they will be forced to deal with pain…

evidence of human stupidity

here is the proof that the human race is doomed because of stupidity. here are some actual label instructions on consumer goods.

On a Myer hairdryer: Do not use while sleeping. (sleep blow-drying. duh.)

On a bag of Chips: You could be a winner! No purchase necessary. Details inside. (so i dont need to buy it huh..the shoplifter special?)

On a bar of Palmolive soap: “Directions: Use like regular soap.” (and hows that?)

On some  frozen dinners: “Serving suggestion: Defrost.” (but, it’s “just” a suggestion. you can eat it frozen)

On Nanna’s Tiramisu dessert (printed at bottom): “Do not turn upside down.” (well…duh, a bit late already)

On Marks &Spencer Bread Pudding: “Product will be hot after heating.” (but of course!)

On packaging for a K-Mart iron: “Do not iron clothes on body.” (talk about saving time haha! :D :P )

On Boot’s Children Cough Medicine:”Do not drive a car or operate machinery after taking this medication.” (We could do a lot to reduce the rate of construction accidents if we could just get those 5-year-olds with cough-colds off those forklifts. really now. tsk tsk)

On Nytol Sleep Aid: “Warning: May cause drowsiness.” (anything that would knock you out)

On most brands of Christmas lights: “For indoor or outdoor use only.” (and where else will u use it?)

On a Japanese food processor: “Not to be used for  the other use.”  (now, somebody out there, help me on this.  what exactly is the other use? I’m a bit curious)

On Nobby’s peanuts: “Warning: contains nuts.” (news flash!)

On an American Airlines packet of nuts: “Instructions: Open packet, eat nuts.” (Step 3: maybe, uh…fly northwest?)

I don’t blame the company.  I blame the parents for this one: On a child’s superman costume: “Wearing of this garment does not enable you to fly.”

On a Swedish chainsaw: “Do not attempt to stop chain with your hands or genitals.” (you would stop the chainsaw with yer genitals? eeek!!)

Love & hardwork

true love is knowing a person’s faults, and loving them even more for them.

Love is not about the pursuit of perfection, it is about acceptance.

a life filled with love must have some thorns,

but a life empty of love will have no roses.

Love is difficult but its rewards are heavenly.

love is hard work, and hard work sometimes hurts.

Love is not all about the sweet bliss and the touching romance,

hardwork is needed to keep love alive in any relatioship.

it does not come without  its price, though,

for love can be painful at times.
