my first call today was kinda shitty… there was this caller who was very upset because her package was supposed to be sent overnight but she still doesnt have it yet. the first thing that she asked me was if i was located in the US. the caller was bitching on how the company i was working for fired the people in the US to give jobs to people outside the country. AND IS THAT SUPPOSED TO BE MY FAULT?!! So why does she go bitching on me?!! im juz the one unfortunate one who took her freakin call!

after getting the whole story, i guess she does have a right to get mad.. the caller has called few times and she always kept getting disconnected, unfortunately no one called her back. so i made sure that i did transfer her to the right department. after that.. she wished me happy holidays… 

see what patience and calm can do! haha! it does create wonders! i shud do that more often.. other than being an irate agent hahaha
